Welcome to Flow Mate, operated by Flow Mate FZE LLC (“we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Flow Mate mobile application (“App”). By installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue using the App immediately.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the App, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of your organization.
• You have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
• You are solely responsible for all activity under your account.

2. App Purpose

Flow Mate is a real estate automation platform designed to streamline communication, lead management, and marketing workflows for real estate professionals. The App may integrate with third-party services such as WhatsApp Business API, Firebase, and CRM systems to deliver automation and messaging capabilities.

3. User Accounts and Responsibilities

To access the App’s full functionality, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.
• Take full responsibility for any activity under your account.

Flow Mate reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraud, misuse, or unauthorized access.

4. WhatsApp Business API and Meta Policy Compliance

4.1 Messaging and Broadcasts

Flow Mate integrates with Meta’s WhatsApp Business API to facilitate communication between agents and clients. All WhatsApp messages, including broadcasts, are subject to Meta’s policies and pricing structure.

4.2 Message Fees

Messaging fees are charged directly by Meta (Facebook/WhatsApp) based on message category, region, and volume. Flow Mate does not control or modify these rates. You authorize Meta (or its authorized billing partner) to directly charge your account or business for applicable message costs.

4.3 Spam and Number Suspension

Meta enforces strict anti-spam and messaging quality policies. If you send unsolicited, bulk, or irrelevant broadcast messages, Meta may suspend or permanently ban your WhatsApp Business number. Such enforcement actions are beyond Flow Mate’s control. Flow Mate may guide users to maintain compliance with Meta’s rules but is not responsible for penalties, number blocks, or bans issued by Meta.

5. Subscription Plans and Payment

Flow Mate may offer free and paid plans. Subscription fees are billed according to the selected plan and are non-refundable unless required by law. Failure to pay may result in limited access or termination of services. All WhatsApp-related messaging fees are charged separately by Meta and are not included in Flow Mate’s subscription fees.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

• Use the App to send spam, unauthorized promotions, or misleading content.
• Violate WhatsApp, Meta, or telecom regulations.
• Upload malware, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt App operations.

Violations may lead to immediate suspension or termination of your account and reporting to Meta or relevant authorities.

7. Data Privacy

Your data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and secure your information. We do not sell or trade personal information and adhere to strict data protection practices.

8. Third-Party Integrations

Flow Mate integrates with external services such as:

• WhatsApp Business API (Meta Platforms, Inc.)
• Firebase (Google LLC)
• Third-party CRMs or communication tools

Each of these services operates under their own terms and privacy policies. Flow Mate is not responsible for actions, pricing, or data handling by these providers.

9. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, and software code used in the Flow Mate App are the property of Flow Mate FZE LLC. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for professional real estate activities only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.

10. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Flow Mate App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without any warranties of any kind. Flow Mate FZE LLC shall not be liable for:

• Any direct or indirect damages, data loss, or communication issues arising from Meta or third-party platforms.
• Account suspensions, WhatsApp number bans, or message delivery failures.
• Financial losses due to incorrect use of automation or broadcasting tools.

Your use of the App and third-party integrations is entirely at your own risk.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Flow Mate FZE LLC, its affiliates, and partners against all claims, losses, damages, and expenses arising from:

• Your misuse of the App or violation of Meta’s policies.
• Spam broadcasts or policy violations resulting in number suspension.
• Breach of these Terms or applicable regulations.

12. Termination

Flow Mate reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account:

• If you violate these Terms.
• If required by Meta, Google, or any governing authority.
• For security or compliance reasons.

Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App immediately.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

14. Updates to These Terms

We may revise these Terms periodically. Updates will be reflected by the “Last Updated” date above. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the latest Terms.
